You enter The Belgrave Rooms via the ramp which has been highlighted on the screenshot.
The queue will start inside the entrance area located as 1 on the floor plan then will work down this ramp, we will try to make sure that everyone has their wristbands before 11am (before 10am for VIP Early Access ticket holders) so please make sure that you have your ticket / QR code ready for our team to scan on your arrival. VIP Ticket holders will be asked to queue on the left hand side of the entrance area whilst general addmision ticket holders to the right hand side.
There are no stairs and therefore, can accessible for wheelchair / pushchairs or other mobility aids.
If you require any assistance at any time of the event please speak to a member of the NottsVGE team or visit the information kiosk which is found near the entrance of the venue located as 2 on the floor plan.
