Why Nottingham?
The video gaming scene for people to access and be part of across Nottingham has sadly declined with the closure of video game cafes / museums and events and marketing not returning so we thought we would change that.
Having been part of the Nottingham Video Gaming scene from the likes of GameCity to Alt-Gaming Lounge even further beyond that with Combat Strike internet cafe which was in the Corner House complex, we have always wanted to bring video gaming back to Nottingham and we've decided the time is now to do it.
Why the The Harvey Hadden Sports Village?
We already out grew our first event which was held at the Richard Herrod Centre in Carlton Nottingham, with over 400 people visiting us across the weekend. We listened to feedback and people wanted a City Centre location. The Belgrave Rooms provided us what we was looking for. But then we quickly out grew that venue within a couple years and here we are, the Harvey Hadden Sports Village. The venue has everything we could possibly need, including free parking, fully stocked cafeteria and more!
